Alright...this is an OK video...the technique is isn't the sharpest I've seen or the most technical BUT it is good ANd best of all it shows ON VIDEO the Telephone armlock! I JUST taught this a couple weeks ago and it is true that this is from an old Nakamura Shooto book from like 1995! A quick point though: don't grab the wrist like it's shown in the video: grab the pinky side of your opponents hand- it is much more painful that way and you'll get the tap MUCH faster! Enjoy.
