Ok this works No-Gi as well, and maybe better as a no arm triangle, I'll see if I can dig up a video of one and post it below. This is a pretty sweet move that will catch a lot of guys unprepared.
This is a good video on a no arm Triangle, to hit it from the mount is slightly different because you reach your hand diagonally across your body and opponents neck, grabbing your own leg with a palm facing grip then roll over your shoulder and lock your other leg over your foot and hand ( I know a little complicated, but play around with it- it is easier than it sounds and will make more sense!)

Pretty cool video, lots of turtle time, I hear Neil is big on the turtle because it hides your face from punches I guess that could be good for MMA (with a good system and lots of practice). I suppose this comes naturally for top notch wrestlers like Randy and Frank. Me I don't prefer it...but I guess that's why I should practice there more!

Telephone Armlock
Alright...this is an OK video...the technique is isn't the sharpest I've seen or the most technical BUT it is good ANd best of all it shows ON VIDEO the Telephone armlock! I JUST taught this a couple weeks ago and it is true that this is from an old Nakamura Shooto book from like 1995! A quick point though: don't grab the wrist like it's shown in the video: grab the pinky side of your opponents hand- it is much more painful that way and you'll get the tap MUCH faster! Enjoy.
