NoGi Guard Secrets DVD by Pablo Popovitch

Marcello Taps?!

Cool vid, looks like he's trying some new stuff and having fun...does he tap? Sure he does...but doesn't everybody when they're just having fun in the gym;)Cool to see Sambo gettin' some respect though; that's M-1 Global Middleweight and Combat Sambo World Champion, Ruslan Khaskhanov he's rolling with.

Neil Melanson, Randy Couture and Frank Trigg : Catch Demo

Pretty cool video, lots of turtle time, I hear Neil is big on the turtle because it hides your face from punches I guess that could be good for MMA (with a good system and lots of practice). I suppose this comes naturally for top notch wrestlers like Randy and Frank. Me I don't prefer it...but I guess that's why I should practice there more!
