Ricardo Almeida: Twister Takedown!
I'm not a believer in the Twister just yet...(why not just finish the Banana Split or Calf Slice I say) but I am a big Ricardo Almeida fan, having seen him in action at NAGA way back in 1996 and at a few UFC's (wow now I'm feeling OLD!) He is SLICK- and this is a COOL entry! So Here you go...enjoy! OH and remember: if you like this blog - PLEASE SHARE!
