Kimura Trap: The One Arm Choke

After the takedown, moving to the back. I like this system because I think learning things in a sequential order really accelerates the learning curve in grappling. Also everyone knows the Kimura so this should be easy to put in your game. I've been working this with Nate Andrews lately, and Nate with Tom Lawlor of the UFC- and I can tell you, after being on the receiving end of this system-it is a killer!

Definitely gonna add this to my arsenal. High percentage sweeps are grappling gold and a must for every game. The more options you have the better- and this is high percentage.
