A Few Quick Updates

We started the fight camp for the CES fights on October 6th, the pro MMA debut of former WWE champ Bautista! I've been called into help Louis Felix as he gets ready to fight none other than: Dan Lauzon! I have been brought in to help Louis with defending Heel-hooks and Triangle Chokes... the Lauzon trademark submissions. I am also working with another fighter, Devin Pinkleton, as he gets ready for the AFO show on September 29th, when he makes his Pro debut. I am real excited to be working with my friends at Rukus Fighting Academy..they have grown into a phenomenal gym. I have never seen a gym with so much raw talent!Keep your eyes on these guys, they are a team of the future. So about our Book project: on Monday while I was at the gym I showed the Kneebar defense into the Howdy Choke that will be our first I-Book.. and it went over awesome with all the guys in the gym surrounding me asking to show it again! So I am extra excited to get this first technique instructional done! Our new photo equipment is on the way too! So stay tuned- and thanks for reading our Blog! Gregrooski
