AMAZING! Dave Camarillo- Chaotic Takedown!
UNBELIEVABLE! We will be showing the "reverse chaotic" set up from the guard in one of our books- I hope this video helps to build some excitement around this still new, dynamic and versatile technique!

High-C Dump By Cary Kolat
Another one of my absolute FAVORITE takedowns! Cary Kolat is a Monster...and he has a great on-line library of techniques...I suggest watching them all...of course I'll be posting a lot of them over time so I guess you can just stay tuned right here!

Quick Update
Just got home from Rukus Fighting Academy...http://rukusfa.net/ Wow! this is a gym to watch...there is an unbelievable amount of young talent in the is gym : multiple Judo Black-Belts, High Level Wrestlers and solid Jiu-Jitsu guys...I've been having a blast there helping out camp for Luis Felix and Devin P. (who I've been working very closely with) Tonight was another great night of work with both guys feeling real strong and looking sharp technique-wise. Sounds like we'll be taking a road trip to AMA in New Jersey in a few weeks- so there will definitely some posts about that coming up. AMA is full of MMA monsters- so I'm super excited for the trip!
Braulio Sweep To Triangle
More good stuff in Braulios sweep progression: Getting the Sub That's what it's all about and this is a great way to do it!
