Armbar Variations: Ryan Gracie Black Belt.
Definitely worth the watch, a couple of cool variations I haven't seen before. You guys might start seeing a few more Gi techniques on here, because my Gi game is super rusty and I'm gonna start teaching in a Gi again...so much more to learn!But I guess thats what makes Grappling so great, we're always learning!!

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Technique: The Twist-O-Plata
10th planet isn't my cup of tea, but I've never seen this before, although it looks like it's been around a few years...maybe because there are way easier ways to finish a guy in Omoplata (ie anything Shawn Williams does) but it's worth playing with.
