Finally A Good Berimbolo Counter
Despite the fact the Berimbolo in the video is a little sloppy, this is by far the best counter I have seen for it-definitely something to try the next time someone uses that pesky Berimbolo on you!
A Technical Guard Pass
I spent a lot of time defending a guard similar to this the other night, looking for a good way to pass. This is a slick efficient looking pass, and obviously very technical. Try it out!

A familiar move if you are a Sambo player (especially the armlock finish)- A high percentage turn against a strong turtle.
Penao: Rolling Americana
A nice substitution to the crucifix- I love the ending position, definitely gonna try this out.

The Snake Choke
A quick finish from the mount. I use this all the time and it works great, especially when used in combination with the gift wrap!
